During fall cleanups we remove leaves and debris from the property and note trees and shrubs that may need pruning and then make appropriate recommendations. We also cut back perennials, remove annuals perform a final mow and prepare the property for winter. To prepare for winter we compost and straw roses, erect deer fences and apply deterrents and tie up boxwoods and other plants that might suffer under heavy snow loads.
